Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
- 2.Print Your Label
Download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
- 3.Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn items in their original shoe box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container with the return label attached to the outside.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
